Congrats to my buyers on their purchase of 151 Sweetwater Hills Drive in Hendersonville! This lovely family was referred to me by an agent in Portland that I have previously worked with years ago. We met up in downtown Hendersonville one afternoon, and within a few days, they were under-contract to purchase this beauty. (And the next month, I had the pleasure of helping the grandparents of the family purchase a home as well!)
We managed the entire under-contract period for this transaction from a distance: I managed their inspections, repairs, and checking in on the property while the family worked to put their previous home on the market back on the West Coast. I’m so happy they’re now in their new home and getting to know beautiful Hendersonville!
